Refund policy
OnlyFut Chuteiras Return Policy
Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The returned product must be in perfect condition — meaning it must not have been used and must be suitable for resale in new condition. The customer is responsible for any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be permitted in a physical store.
In case of a return, shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
OnlyFut Chuteiras does not accept returns sent with postage due or cash on delivery.
All exchanges or returns can be made by mail, using a delivery service that provides hand delivery confirmation, addressed to:
OnlyFut Chuteiras, 4400-450 – Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
If, after dispatch, OnlyFut Chuteiras or its delivery partner is unable to deliver the ordered product for reasons beyond their control (including but not limited to: no one available at the delivery address or the product not being collected from the post office within the specified time), OnlyFut Chuteiras will notify the customer by email within 8 days of the failed delivery attempt or after the collection deadline.
In the event of a reshipment, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees.
Once an order has been placed, its details cannot be changed, including shipping method, delivery address, or contact information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm receipt of the products and verify their conformity. Products are considered received within 21 calendar days from the shipping date, unless otherwise indicated by the customer. This clause does not affect or limit the consumer rights provided by law.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with proof of shipment of the product to the original address.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times often vary before a refund is completed.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
